Financial arrangements

The court can only make final orders concerning finances once the Decree Nisi has been declared – and these arrangements come into effect after the Decree Absolute.

However, applications for interim financial orders, or ‘Ancillary Relief’ can take place at any stage of the divorce proceedings.
