Asbestos exposure or hearing loss

What is asbestos? Asbestosis is the medical condition given to patients suffering with a pleural or lung disease as a result of exposure to asbestos fibres or dust.

If you wish to make a claim arising from asbestos exposure, it has to be brought about within three years of the awareness of the diagnosis.
